Bandon Preserve
Overview
Designed by Bandon Trails architects, Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw, Bandon Preserve starts on the land adjacent to the first tee at Bandon Trails and rolls down toward the beach. The layout provides stunning views of the Pacific Ocean from every hole.
All net proceeds from The Bandon Preserve Golf Course will benefit The Wild Rivers Coast Alliance - more information on The Wild Rivers Coast Alliance can be found at www.wildriverscoastalliance.com. The Alliance supports projects that protect the rich lands and waters of The South Coast. Through conservation, The Alliance will create jobs for our local residents.
The Bandon Preserve will also protect and preserve the Silvery Phacelia, an endangered plant species whose habitat is threatened by non-native plants. By reclaiming the open sand along the Preserve, the Silvery Phacelia will once again be able to flourish in the region.
"It was fun working with such beautiful ground in order to bring the Bandon Preserve to life. We hope these golf holes, presented on a smaller scale, are enjoyable for everyone to play."
—Ben Crenshaw
