For those who play their best golf while maintaining a high level of fitness, Bandon Dunes provides a fitness center in the Bunker level of the Lodge. The center has free weights, universal weight machines, cardio machines and mats for stretching. Adjacent to the work out area is a large Jacuzzi and sauna, perfect for warming up in the morning or relaxing after a round.
Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic techniques help relieve the body of stress, muscle fatigue and tension while increasing flexibility and circulation. Our Licensed Massage Therapists use a variety of methods customized to suit every individual. They are trained in Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques as well as specially targeted "golfer's range of motion" massages.

* For an additional $30, in-room massages are available upon request. Please allow for 15 minutes of set-up time.
Please call the Resort Front Desk at 541-347-5916 for an appointment at least twenty-four hours in advance. Reservations are recommended. An eight-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged for services. Hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.
